Born & raised in Lafayette Hill, Pa.  hah!  Figure out where THAT is!!

Went to Mansfield State College (yes it still was a state college then).  Graduated from Temple U with a BA in Communications.  See how a degree can help???  But while I was at Mansfield I majored in music, AND found radio. 

Started my radio career right here, in Scranton, on 13Q (1320 am).  Obviously that station doesn’t exist anymore.  Too bad.  We played some cool top 40 music back in the day.  A few years later I got a job on the overnight at WARM.  My primary job was to pave the morning for Harry West!

Then I went to Philly, worked for a country station, all news, modern rock, classic hits, etc., etc.  Even sports talk.  Also worked for a talk station in New Jersey.

And bammo!  Like everybody else, I Came Back to Northeast Pennsylvania.  In the summer of 2004. Been on the Mountain ever since. 

Three kids, I won’t give their ages because I’m SURE you’d figure out MY age and that ain’t gonna happen!

I want you to check out this website -http://www.geocities.com/BourbonStreet/7645/index.html It’s the site for the Chicory House, a non-profit alternative entertainment venue for the Wyoming Valley.  Meaning you’ll see a lot of folk acts.  Housed in the community center of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Wilkes-Barre, the Chicory House presents concerts from September through June once or twice a month, usually on Fridays.  Check out the Contra Dancing, too, held the first Saturday of each month at various locations in the Wyoming Valley. Newcomers and people of all ages, with or without a partner, are welcome and can learn the steps the first night, and it is Big Fun.
